I live in Summerville SC , but had bought my car at Graham before I moved. Service at McElween in Summerville had always been superior. When the battery was taken out of course the clock needed reset; was not done by service. I could have gone to another dealer, but went to Graham because I used to get good service there. Absolutely would not return there. More

Dealership review I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I found the listing online and Bob Purvis my salesman sent me pictures and allowed me to come look a I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. I found the listing online and Bob Purvis my salesman sent me pictures and allowed me to come look at it and test drive it before it was ready to go. I purchased the vehicle and when it was ready they delivered it to my house. I have had a couple issues with the tires losing air and have taken it back to them to have them fixed. I contacted Bob both times and he set up an appointment and had a loaner vehicle ready for me. They fixed the issue all under the warranty. They stand behind their warranty and I will be going back to them to purchase my next vehicle. Bob was great and always promptly responded to calls, texts, and emails. More
