Outstanding people / Outstanding experience Buying a new car has never really been a pleasant experience for my wife and I. We have always been subjected to pressures: time pressures, decision- Buying a new car has never really been a pleasant experience for my wife and I. We have always been subjected to pressures: time pressures, decision-making pressures, pricing pressures, and on and on. Frankly, it seems as though we never have really been treated like Customers in our prior experiences. Michael Najdek and Jason Ramey made this experience an entirely enjoyable experience. We were not subjected to pressures to make fast decisions. We were given plenty of time to consider our options and discover the "right vehicle" for us. We were listened to regarding our preferences, as well as to our Budgetary Constraints. We were given honest input. We were given multiple options. We were dealt with patiently as we changed our mind regarding the Model of Buick we wanted to consider. We were pro-actively, creatively, and gently guided through the maze regarding the Buy vs. Lease options. We were treated with respect, and we were treated like Customers, not like a potential Income Stream. With the help and guidance of Michael and Jason, we chose a beautiful, chocolate-colored 2019 Buick Envision! What a beautiful car, that also fit within our budget! Many thanks to Michael and Jason for a totally pleasant and productive experience!! You have won a long-term Customer!! More

Oil change tire rotation I was told by salesman when looking at a vehicle to purchase that when I had my 2 required services of an oil change and tire rotation I would recei I was told by salesman when looking at a vehicle to purchase that when I had my 2 required services of an oil change and tire rotation I would receive a loaner car for the day. I was also told I would get lifetime inspection and lifetime loaner car. When I called in to set up appointment I was informed that only if one was available on the date. I would have to pre schedule if I wanted one. I took vehicle to get service done and waited on it. It took them one and one half hours for completion. After all the time it took you would have thought I would of had my vehicle washed like is done at most dealerships. I purchase a car every three years. I do not foresee me going back to this dealership. More

I was greeted as soon as I arrived and sat down to discuss the cars I was interested in, reviewed my financing, test drove with my awesome sale person Bob. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and then I spoke with the automotive person. Again, he too was well informed, kind and took the time to explain the car features. I live in Summerville SC , but had bought my car at Graham before I moved. Service at McElween in Summerville had always been superior. When the battery was taken out of course the clock needed reset; was not done by service. I could have gone to another dealer, but went to Graham because I used to get good service there. Absolutely would not return there. More
