I am so disappointed in the service from your dealership. I owed a Honda prior to getting this car and I have to be honest they had the best service possible even when my car turned 13 years old they still treated me with respect and always took awesome car of my car needs. After I pulled this car off your lot, it was like we are done with one she purchased so all is well. Anytime I ever made an appt. it was never pleasant. Everyone said but they are a Cadillac dealer? I had my 2018 ATS Cadillac in for inspection on Oct. 7th, 2023, I told the girl at the time the Cue (the radio-main unit that controls the heat, air/ etc only worked half time, she said she would get someone to look at it when it was in, well they couldn't have done anything more than I did and tried to set the temp. control on the right side to find it did not operate, which I already told them that. She told me that they recommended getting a new unit for $995.00 which would have to be ordered and also they could give me a loaner car to use, nothing was put on paper it seems they are always in a big hurry to get your out the door. Anyway I ask her to order the part and when the loaner car was available to call me to bring my car in to get this done, I checked in a couple times with her to see if their was any loaner cars in and she would say not yet or you are next, this is from October, so I thought I will wait until I get the oil change to see if they still have me on that list, well to find out the girl left and no one had any idea I was to get a loaner car, make notes put these in the customer's files. That might help. Anyway when I called to scheduled my oil change I explained my situation again and said I need to have the CUE fixed because now I can not get the air conditioning to work. They said they would set me up and give me more information when I picked up my car, well they told me the same thing as I told them on Oct. 7th 2023 I needed a new Cue- but due to them confirming this with hitting a button on the CUE they wanted $198.00 to tell me this, if I would have not told them that I felt that was wrong they would have charged me that $198.00 with no problem. How honest is that. Very bad business. I hate to have the work done at your dealership but I know if I take it to another Cadillac dealership they will need to do the diagnosis and then I will be charged for that for them to even start this work that should have been already completed. I just want Good Customer Service. I get that things are not like they use to be, but I work for a company that are in Sales/Parts/Shop and if our owners knew we treated a customer like this there would be harsh consequences. I don't expect anything to be done by this and that is fine, I have accepted things as they are and just plan on never getting a referring your dealership to anyone.

Paul.landers@live.com Phone 7604601206 I was already told to contact Fiat and a new key fob, so that is what we did to use the car. Driving back from Fiat the check engine light came on right at about the 50 mile range. Odd, when you clear obd2 codes it resets at 50 miles…. This leave me to believe that something was wrong when sold. Used the windshield wipers when it started to rain on the way home from Fiat and they were already coming apart. Had to replace those.

I have still yet to receive a call or email about this. I had it diagnosed and it is the crankshaft position sensor. Which means the code was wiped to pass emissions for the sale. I also had to get a new key fob since the car would not unlock. Also the shift knob has now come apart and the A/C does not work. If you are looking to purchase a used car I would look elsewhere if you want a car that runs and works as sold to you and is not a lemon.

Had the car in the shop today 6/6/2024. Axels are also leaking, I repeat DO NOT buy a used car from this dealer, they should have fixed all these issues prior to selling the car.
