I canceled my order. After waiting again for 2 hrs on hold I went through the prompt for financing and immediately got a person who then transferred me to someone who I was told could help. She said the truck wasn't there yet despite their "track my vehicle" telling me that it arrived the previous day. She said it would be sometime next week when available. 3 weeks for delivery from a place I could drive to in 5 hrs. I explained how I had no confidence when this was the customer service I was seeing EVERY time. She told me they were busy. I asked if she was telling me that it was acceptable to have no way to reach the company. I suggested they call customers back or had email. She said they had 3k calls a day. I suggested hiring more people because this experience was absolutely hellish and unprofessional. She asked if I wanted to cancel my order. So I did. Are they serious?????
