Robert Washington got ahold of me the next morning to get my insurance and set an express pick up for that afternoon. In less than 24 hours, I was able to shop online and have a car to drive in. I also had to exchange the car and take advantage of the 10 return and even then Robert had me switched out into a new car in less than a couple hours. Carmax makes car buying simple, although their service center could do better about answering calls. Robert Washington was the best car salesman and if your at this location, be sure to ask for him! Our sales consultant, Drew Hubbel, was very attentive to our needs. We bought a 2025 Tacoma which was on the lot however we gave him another Tacoma to look at and he ordered the truck to be delivered. Af to our needs. Since I transferred a plate from my previous car, I didn't even have to go to the DMV - CarMax handled it for me! Their financing rates were very competitive. There was a minor hiccup with my car on pickup day and it had to be pushed to the next day so Wayne was kind enough to refund my transfer fee (the car was shipped from another store out of state). I took my vehicle to a BMW dealership for an inspection after purchase and they found no issues at all. CarMax will be my first stop for car shopping in the future. More
