This is the second car I have purchased from Carmax. The reason is the sales person Jordan. He is the reason we came back. Both cars are great. I feel that Carmax should take care of getting the warranty transferred for the customer. The $499 should cover that. If was not a good experience going back and forth with Hyundai American. I finally called Hyundai and told me it was transferred to me and what I needed to do to complete the process. I think your closing department could make things happen better than I did. More
