The service department was wonderful, as usual (although I do miss the coffee and snacks). The rep I worked with, Anthony Bass, was patient, polite, and friendly. Following service on my Kia Forte, I heard I do miss the coffee and snacks). The rep I worked with, Anthony Bass, was patient, polite, and friendly. Following service on my Kia Forte, I heard a rubbing sound when I braked once I was away from loud traffic. I could only hear it on a quiet street, hence why it wasn't noticed immediately upon leaving the shop. I called Mr. Bass, explained my complaint, and brought the car back. Someone put the car on a lift, took off the wheels, and looked and said they saw nothing wrong -- but the rubbing sound was gone! Who knew??? More

The service I receive at Carpros Kia of Tacoma is always amazing. Even in this crazy time where nothing is certain, I am able to count on the team to provide me with excellent value. I was not even charged amazing. Even in this crazy time where nothing is certain, I am able to count on the team to provide me with excellent value. I was not even charged for this visit because it was a basic oil change and inspection. I do love my free oil changes but it is a nice surprise when there is no additional service needed.
