I initially looked for a new car. I'd been doing research on certain cars for a year, and I'd finally been to the CarPros Kia Tacoma lot a week or so before my visit. The inventory I'd been doing research on certain cars for a year, and I'd finally been to the CarPros Kia Tacoma lot a week or so before my visit. The inventory was pitiful. When I bought the 2019 Cerulean Blue Kia Niro, the availability of cars on the lot actually named "Kia" was low, I saw two Niros, side by side, one in silver, which I loved, and one in blue, which I didn't. I bought the one I DIDN'T love because I was told it had less mileage and cost a little less. The silver one was the more popular color and would sell faster. That Cerulean Blue color is pretty, but it's gonna be a pain in the butt to keep clean. I'd actually thought I was buying the silver one, because that was the one I test drove. That was the one Ryen spent a great deal of time acquainting me with, including setting the Seat 1 driver setting. The sales staff were lovely, especially Ryen, who spent a lot of time with me and sold me the 2019 blue Kia Niro. James Kim had been my initial contact on the lot, but he had an appointment and sent Ryen to me. I found Ryen to be polite, personable, and professional. Oh, and he promised me another key fob because my brother is the other driver of the Niro. That's nice because keeping track of a fob that isn't on my principal key ring is a pain. What I absolutely HATED was that CarPros Kia Tacoma kept two grand of my trade-in money for "conditiioning" my trade-in. Sucks. The interior will only need cleaning of the seats; the rest is in really good condition. Body damage was minimal. The dent on the driver's side was there when I bought the car; and the one on the lower rear passenger side is almost invisible. I'd had the car detailed prior to bringing it in. Keeping two grand of my money meant my payments were higher than I liked. Not nice. Oh, I'm what's called a senior citizen (with good credit). More
At my appointment for servicing my vehicle, I was able to speak with someone right away, not having to wait for someone to notice I had entered the room. The price was good for the services being done, the wait was not awful. There was a nice, clean waiting area (two actually). It was easy to drive up, and drive away. My car was returned to me better than when I gave it to them. (vacuumed/washed) Will definitely be going back. More
