Good... The employees in the service dept need to acknowledge customers when they walk in even thou they are with a customer. If your on the phone at least look at the customer and smile. I did not experience that when I and four others walked in yesterday morning. . But when I was helped by Jeremy, he was very pleasant and helpful and called me when my car was done as I left for a couple of hours. When I came back he hurried to get my car. I was overall very pleased with my morning at Kia.😊 More
