I unfortunately was in an accident that totaled my 10 month old Elantra and needed to find a replacement in a very short amount of time. We stopped in to Lithia Hyundai to see what was available and were month old Elantra and needed to find a replacement in a very short amount of time. We stopped in to Lithia Hyundai to see what was available and were fortunate to have Bruce McIntyre help us. As I hadnt recieved the check from the Insurance company yet I wasnt able to purchase a car that day. Bruce took the time that day and answered all my questions. Over the next week I looked at other makes and even other Hyundai dealerships. I kept in contact with Bruce that week and he let me know what cars were on the lot during the time I thought I would be ready to make my purchase. He was extremely knowledgable and pleasant to deal with and I felt none of that high pressure that you get with most dealerships. He listened to what I wanted and made sure to find the right car for me. I realized that I wanted another Elantra and I definetly wanted to go back and purchase from Bruce. He found me a car I am very excited to own at a fair price. Bruce is the reason I went back to this dealership and purchased. Everything else with the purchase and the dealership went very smoothly as well. More
I bought my first car here and was very impressed with the team. These guys countered all of my negative preconceptions about buying a car, let alone one's first car. They were extremely professional, supportive in walking me through the process step by step, and most of all ethical. I did not in any way feel pressured or as though I was being taken advantage of. My salesman even made calls to help me find a cheaper insurance quote. Very respectful team with friendly dispositions. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to get a good car for a good price but without the headache of the typical car buying experience. More
We walked onto the lot with the free of being over sold and feeling like we were going to be pressured. Francisco walked up to us was very polite we test drove a couple of cars. I wanted to buy my wife a new Hyundai.I worked with Bruce in sales, and Max in finance. You know how you walk into a typical dealership, and you feel like you're being attacked by sharks? Well, that is not the case at Lithia Hyundai of Renton. They actually let me look around a bit before they approached me. I already felt at ease! I asked Bruce a few questions about Sonatas and Tuscons? He was very knowlegable. He showed me a few vehicles and we agreed that I should come back on the weekend with my wife. We came back on Sunday and test drove a Sonata. It was kinda like three friends going to lunch or something? Bruce is a very personable, courteous, professional salesman. It was kinda funny! When we got back to the dealership, there was no pressure. We picked a car, signed a few papers, and we were on our way. No haggling over price! Hyundai offers lower prices, and better warranties, hands down! Bruce went to work finding our exact car. A few days later, I walked in with my down payment, went over a few details with Bruce, shook hands, and moved on to finish the finance paperwork with Max. Max explained the benefits of the extended warranty with no pressure to purchase it. I decided the warranty was right for me! That is the first extended warranty I have ever puchased on a new car. The next day, we came back and picked up our new Sonata. By the way...Bruce had tied a Red Bow on the front. I thought that was pretty cool! Buying a car can be a stressful event, but I can honestly say that buying a new vehicle at this dealership, was a pleasant experience! These guys were very knowlegable, professional, courteous, and super friendly! I HIGHLY recommend Lithia Hyundai of Renton to anyone looking for a new car. Ask for Bruce! P.S. Between the three visits to the dealership, we spent about a total of 4 hours. I have spent that much time in one visit to other dealerships before. More
What a relief to deal with a personable, helpful salesperson! I was apprehensive about negotiating to buy a new car but Andy Kim made it easy and painless and I was very satisfied with the experienc salesperson!
