By far, the most enjoyable car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. No harassing phone calls; all negotiations completed via email. This dealership accommodated me and my family in each and ever and I have ever had. No harassing phone calls; all negotiations completed via email. This dealership accommodated me and my family in each and every way. I provided them a time and date of pick up and the vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Unbeatable on price; No other dealer could match them on price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone I encounter that may be in the market for a new vehicle! More
I stopped by to check out their Certified Used cars and ended up finding a gem – an extremely low mile, virtually brand new 2010 Hyundai Elantra with a warranty until 2020! The car was right. But for me, that's only half of the equation when purchasing a car. The other half is the dealer/seller. Mark was the other half that sealed the deal on the car for me. Mark was the salesman that gently approached us – most salesmen I've experienced stand around like predators waiting for their prey to drive-up, then pounce on them the moment you step out of the car. Mark was a calm mannered fellow, not looking to stick it to us and not pushy whatsoever. He believes in letting the car sell itself, which is out it should be. Thanks Mark! Wish there were more salesmen out there like you. Thanks Andy and Max as well for helping finalize the deal on a late Sunday evening. And everyone else who helped out behind the scenes, prepping the car and such. More
I'd rather go to the dentist than a car dealership. That being said, I can heartily reccommend Lithia and our salesman, John Yoon. I always felt he was straight and clear with us and never attempted to "ups being said, I can heartily reccommend Lithia and our salesman, John Yoon. There was no excessive presure, but enough attention to help me. I will definately go there to purchase my next car when I am ready. The service I received was thorough and quick. Easy buying experience with a sales person (John Yoon) and General Manager (Shane Robidoux) who did a great job finding the right car and the right terms. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car t and General Manager (Shane Robidoux) who did a great job finding the right car and the right terms. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to speak with John. He was helpful without being pushy, and knowledgable about the car and it's features. I went back a week later to pick up my license plates and they washed the car for me while I waited. That was a very nice touch, and very appreciated! I'm glad my car buying aexperience was a good one, as most never seem to be. So, Gold Star for Lythia Hyundai and John Yoon! More
I wanted to trade my car but after they took it for a test drive and offered me a far too low I asked for my keys back and wanted to leave. They refused to give me back my keys instead coming back with test drive and offered me a far too low I asked for my keys back and wanted to leave. They refused to give me back my keys instead coming back with another little piece of paper with a 'better' offer. After a total of more than 4 hours the sales manager came out to work on me. I told him I could get much more for my trade if I sold it online. Their offer was >$5000 below kelly blue book... he proceeds to tell me a story of a family who tried to sell the car and while the husband was away a man came in and brutally murdered the wife in the home.... Dont know if that was a threat, a warning or just a scare tatic. All I know that if I was a man they would have never ever told me that story and for xxxx sure would have given me my keys back when I asked!!! I ended up buying a car I didnt want, ...just to get out of there. I feel tricked, manipulated and taken advantage of because I am a woman and I was alone. They stole my car. More
Took my car in, 3 days later was called and told what was wrong after trying several times a day to find out. Took them 30 min. to fix the problem. I confronted service mgr about it and told I could get a fr wrong after trying several times a day to find out. Took them 30 min. to fix the problem. I confronted service mgr about it and told I could get a free car wash. After returning home, my Dad drove, we realized my keys were missing and a duplicate was used. The girl at the counter had started it for me and tried to cover up that the keys were missing. They couldn't find the keys so I had them change the locks and 4 days later I get my car back. As I drove off I noticed the steering felt loose, and then while driving down a busy 405 the steering cord snapped and there was no way to control the vehicle. Somehow, I safely drifted across traffic and ended up next to a cop car, talk about luck. A mehanic fessed up and appologized, which I respected, but is a mistake that should never happen. I also found out there has been quite a few missing key issues there lately, scary. That was the third strike for me. This place makes it sound like their great, but I've felt nothing but let down and frustrated every time I go in. I am done with Lithia of Renton. More
I'd read good things about the Hyundia Elantra GT, but had not seen, touched, or driven a real one. I stopped by Litha, met a salesman (name forgotten, card at home) and told him that I was just starting had not seen, touched, or driven a real one. I stopped by Litha, met a salesman (name forgotten, card at home) and told him that I was just starting my car buying process and would like to take a short test drive in the Elantra GT. He asked if I'd looked at other cars, and I told him I liked the VW Golf TDI, but it was pricey. He then lauched into viciously disparaging VW. I asked him to stop that and tell me about his car. We found a car, I looked it over and got some questions answered, and we took a short test drive, during which he started to push me to BUY A CAR TODAY!!!. After the test drive, I'd got the information and experiece that I wanted, and thanked the salesman and asked for his card and a brochure.
That's when things turned ugly. He wouldn't give me what I asked for and kept ginding me to BUY A CAR TODAY!!! I had to tell him to please stop, and that I could leave without his card if that's what he wanted. He went to get the brocure and card, but "couldn't find the stapler." He found it in front of the sales manager, who started the BUY A CAR TODAY grind all over. I had to remind them what I'd said when I came in, and then had to rudely exit while the man was STILL grinding me.
This place is stocked with sharks. Be VERY afraid. More
