His knowledge, experience and background working in car sales showed respectful helpfulness and availability. I felt a sense of trustworthiness with John that dispels "stereotypical" perceptions of a car salesperson. John is an outstandingly excellent asset to your Lithia Dealership. Maksim Martemyanov (John explained contracting and financing excellently also) was outstandingly knowledgeable, explained in very understandable detail all of my questions and contracting paperwork, and was extremely courteous, respectful and friendly too. I now feel more adept at purchasing a new vehicle because of these two gentlemen who genuinely handled and took care of my new purchase of a car with them. I will definately return to this dealership in the future. John and Maksim left me with feeling I can contact them at any time with inquiries. My wife and I have been shopping for a new car for about a month. After various test drives and internet research we finally decided on the Hyundai Azera. We ended up at Lithia Renton Hyundai through the Costco Auto program and were met there by Bruce McIntyre. Bruce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and spent a lot of time going over all of the details and answering our questions. During the whole process we did not feel like we were being pressured or subjected to any of the other usual car salesman tactics we have experienced at other dealerships. Bruce even bought us lunch. From our experience we can highly recommend Bruce and the Lithia Renton Hyundai and don't forget to ask Bruce about how hard Vinny Testaverde throws. More

My boyfriend and I test drove a 2012 Genesis Coupe and was helped by Andy Kim, he was very relaxed, professional and very knowledgeable. Needless to say we came back and bought the coupe, he helped with the color we wanted and the price that we were comfortable with. Bob Kupper was also excellent, he stepped in and lowered our interest as well as walked us through the finance part regardless of the late hour or that he was the Sales Manager. And finally John Yoon who helped us with the delivery of the vehicle and walked us through how to set up the bluetooth pairing. I most definitely recommend this place for anyone and everyone, they have friendly and great customer service and the cars are just amazing!!! We will most definitely return in the next couple of years for another vehicle. Thank you Renton team for a wonderful experience! More
Over the past few years we have visited this dealership mostly out of Sunday strolling curiosity. Never once did we encounter an aggressive sales individual on the lot. So when we were serious to buy, we returned to look again. The environment was always professional, relaxed and oddly honest and on this day that held true. To note: here's a little comment on the faculty of making fortunate discoveries by accident...every time we went, coincidentally it was Jane that would somehow speak with us. To us, it is most telling to observe that Jane had remained in sales there for so many years. When does that ever happen? I believe that the tenure of a sales advisor can speak volumes about a dealership. As serendipity would have it, Jane assisted us again and we finally took a test drive on a 2012 Sonata SE. Immediately Jane presented not only her sound knowledge of the car, but it's competitors, comparisons, values and market presence. She presented the material in a fair and equitable fashion without appearing competitive or self driven. Again with the honesty? The car sparkled and we signed! The winning combination of Jane's experience and her true knowledge, coupled with the non-pressuring vibe and hassle-free negotiating truly made this a pleasant buying experience. And since the 2012 Sonata is a Consumer Reports top pick...overall from dealer, to sales, to document signing and delivery of a great car....we can say AHHHHH. More
