I have purchased multiple cars within the last 2 years (2014 GT convertible Mustang; 4 door hardtop Rubicon; 2500 Ram, Laramie truck; 2015 Kia Sorento I have purchased multiple cars within the last 2 years (2014 GT convertible Mustang; 4 door hardtop Rubicon; 2500 Ram, Laramie truck; 2015 Kia Sorento) to only list recent purchases; and to say the least, this was the best salesman/dealership of all. It was odd to find a dealership that offered a better deal, than what we were asking for. I kept feeling like there had to be a catch; but, left with a brand new car for less than I would have paid on the military car purchase program. They had their team working deals to make my deal better! Crazy. I live in Alabama, but when comparing the total cost, I saved more buying through them. The salesman "Brandon Riehl" was laid back, efficient, professional, and honest...even when it wasn't to his favor. I actually spoke to other dealerships within an hour drive of Ft Lewis, and after checking out what they offered, or asking for something concrete, they failed...miserably. I came very close to buying a car from the Hyundai dealership in Olympia...close call. Just negotiating with them felt miserable. It was as if they were doing me a favor, and I couldn't do better. I would have paid more than a thousand dollars for the same car! Yiyiyiy! It went from nice conversations (w/salesman in Olympia), to ...the more I obviously wanted the car, the more rude he became with me. Unbelievable. However, at Car Pros I was treated with respect, shown numbers in writing, and even given information if I wanted to go elsewhere; but why would I?!!! I left the dealership with a brand new car, excellent terms for future servicing, extremely low payments for a short amount of time, and continued friendly follow up, to make sure there was nothing more they could do for me. Really? Who does that??? Brandon did. I am so impressed with this salesman, team, financial officer, manager and colleagues. No matter where we will be stationed, I will continue to purchase cars from them; and the car we purchased, for half the price of the Sorento, has as many bells and whistles, looks professional (sleek (black w/grey interior, ambiance lighting, under-carriage lighting...looks BA from behind at night). Beautiful car, and drives like a dream (Elantra 2016, gets 38 mpg on the freeway). We really lucked out. I cannot promise this experience with anyone else there, but good training and leadership trickles down. If you want zero pressure...a good deal, and a nice car...I would highly recommend Hyundai Car Pros. They are worth the trip, even if you don't live in WA. Sometimes you have to travel a little to get the best deal for your family. Ask for Brandon! More
