Not only did Andy Kim call me as soon as I selected my vehicle and their dealership through USAA he greeted me soon as I walked into the dealership. We went over the car and then moved onto the sale. I showed my USAA certificate coupon and my loan and he drafted up the paper work and even knocked an extra 500 off for military discount. What made this experience so great was that he knew what I wanted, knew what I had and we made a deal. Simple, fast, no hassle and they didn’t waste my time! Would definitely buy from CAR PROS again!
