Mostly Happy but first impressions stick around I had a very pleasant experience working with Jarrell he was knowledgeable and made the buying experience fun for me however, I probably won't go back I had a very pleasant experience working with Jarrell he was knowledgeable and made the buying experience fun for me however, I probably won't go back for further purchase from the dealership. The only reason I was there was because a few years ago I was a 19 year old and I let Jane Tran con me into buying a car I hated by saying " we don't have any used cars that fit what you want" only finding out later that this was not the case. Then, when I tried to give it back the finance people wouldn't allow it. So I got stuck with a car for 3 years that I hated with none of the features I asked for(all I wanted was cruise control people!). Jarrell at least had the decency to be an honest salesman and from the beginning I felt as though he wanted to put me in a car I loved. I left the dealership with a huge grin on my face and that's how my initial buying experience should have gone, but I was young and naive and I'll take credit for that, but Jane should own up to what she did all those years ago. She even had the nerve to try to get me to buy another car from her....nope. So while my second buying experience was much more enjoyable I will not be going back as in my eyes the slate is wiped clean or in other words Jarrell cleaned up Jane's mistake. More
