I had to go back a couple of times due to my sales person not there & no one able to find a cargo net. When I returned they told my sales representative to take it from one of the other displays, which means it will happen to someone else. On the plus side gentleman on back computer acknowledged me and came right out to get my license plates & even installed them to me. I am very happy with my new purchase. Thank you Tamara More

Tobacco Todd Do not buy a vehicle here. Once I made my choice for a car, by the way the salesman was wonderful, the car had been sitting a while and it needed to Do not buy a vehicle here. Once I made my choice for a car, by the way the salesman was wonderful, the car had been sitting a while and it needed to be cleaned. When the detailer brought the car to the front, the car was still dirty and it was obvious he was eating in the car that he left grease from his fingers all over the driver's door. They had to wash the car again and it was dirty still. I was supposed to have two set of keys and they couldn't find one set. I went back to the dealership a week later and the sales manager Todd had a big wad of tobacco in his lip.....so unprofessional. .. and talked to me dismissively as if my concerns bothered him. They want me to make a large purchase and after I did they treated me like dirt.... Tobacco in the lip really grossed me out. Who does that? And at what point did Todd think that was appropriate? Who are they hiring down there. This was my second car I bought there. But because of Tobacco Todd's rudeness and me not having a clean car and no second set of keys wondering if some stranger can drive off in my car at any time, I won't spend a red cent there ever again. More

I test drove a Tuscan and an Elantra, the Tuscan was the one I liked the best. I wasn't pressured at all by Tim, which I really appreciated, but I needed a few days to think things over and look at some other options. When I returned, Gavin Smith worked a great deal for me. Both Tim and Gavin were great and treated me very well. Since my Tuscan was located in Seattle, I returned the next day to pick it up. Tim wasn't there at the time so John Yoon went over the basic functions of the car. More
