Had one of the worst encounters in customer service working with sales manager Rory Casebeer. He was patronizing, rude, and disrespectful to the extent that my husband and I were taken aback. We left t working with sales manager Rory Casebeer. He was patronizing, rude, and disrespectful to the extent that my husband and I were taken aback. We left the dealership feeling verbally attacked and happy to take our business elsewhere. Recommend going to a different dealership in the valley. More
The salesman was helpful. It is my own fault because when I tried to refi my original loan I was told I owed more than the car was worth. While i take responsibility because I could of walked away. The finance man wore me down, The Rav 4 2018 was 3000.00 more than blue book. I didn’t get a fair price for my trade in it was worth more than 1200. I got some package that I did not ask if it was optional. I paid 1000.00 of my own money. So a car that started out at 26000, ended up costing me a trade in , a thousand dollars and and a loan for almost 30,000. Lesson learned. Cindy Calligan More
The staff is very friendly. I worked with Josh and I recommend him highly. He is worth making an appointment with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Kristine in finance is completely charming and a genuinely good person, and she knows her stuff. I would do the following: know the KBB price of your trade in and hold firm. The sales manager's first trade in offer was downright whimsical. Also know what gap insurance is an if you want it, how much it should cost. I would speak to your agent first. Toyota sells a high quality extended warranty, but it isn't cheap and they will push it. I had a bad experience with a third party service contract through Capital about ten years ago. I still buy my cars there but I buy them without any extras. Nice facility, though, and the staff are a lot of fun. More

Waited 2.5 hours for what usually takes an hour. Why even make an appointment??? When I pulled up I saw how insane it was and I asked if I should just come at another time and I was told it was fine.
