Even though it may take time for them to meet my needs, I leave with the car that's right for me and not with buyers remorse. My requirements are specific and the guys at Capitol listen then strive to meet them, even suggesting possible alternatives that would make my perfect vehicle. They also take whatever time is necessary to explain when I'm not clear on a matter, whether it be a car function or contract issue. My husband trusts them well enough to send me in on my own for the purchase. And that's saying something! Yes I love my Subaru (they found on another lot, by the way)! And I'll be back! We bought our previous Traverse fr My wife and I purchased a new Chevy Traverse from Capitol Chevy after her old Traverse was totaled in an accident. We bought our previous Traverse from Mario at capitol 5 years ago and where happy with him as salesman and the car. So after the crash we went back to capitol to see what they could do. We were happy to find Mario was still there and helped us get a very fair price on the Traverse my wife wanted with a couple extras thrown in. Everybody we deal with throughout the process was very professional and friendly. My wife and I are very happy with our purchase and both appreciate Mario and the rest of the staff that helped make it happen. We will definitely be heading back to Capitol Chevy for our next car.
