Great Service I took my car in for it milage service because it was over 100 thousand miles it really needed a big check up! My appointment was later in the day s I took my car in for it milage service because it was over 100 thousand miles it really needed a big check up! My appointment was later in the day so they would not get it done on that day, loan me a nice 2019 Forester Sport for the night and next day. My car was finished and ready at 5 pm the next day and checked everything, replaced brake pads for the first time I"ve had the car and changed all the stuff needing to be changed. I love the fact they stay in contact with you through texting and keep you informed. I love my car and they take great care of her! More

Couldn't be better! I arrived on time, there seemed to be a lot of cars ahead of me, but they cleared out fast. Ayla was the person who helped me and she was excellent a I arrived on time, there seemed to be a lot of cars ahead of me, but they cleared out fast. Ayla was the person who helped me and she was excellent at her job and very pleasant. I enjoyed my wait - good cup of coffee, some popcorn and the book I'd brought with me - and was surprised when the car was finished in under an hour. nice courteous service i went in with a problem I t hought was with the car and it turned out it was wit h an after-market accessory I had installed when the car was new..( i went in with a problem I t hought was with the car and it turned out it was wit h an after-market accessory I had installed when the car was new..( rattle) ...they had the car for 3 days and when the rattle was identified they let me know what it was (did not fix it as it was not their problem) and sent me on my way...I was a bit agitated with Luke who I talked to about it and I apoligize to him for that...overall it is and will remain my go-to store for service.
