Never listened to my needs. I told the service writer that I only had enough money to check for the problem. He repeated that info back and pushed it through anyways for 1 part t I told the service writer that I only had enough money to check for the problem. I told him again I only have 100 dollars for my care plan that's it and he said he understood. 3 HOURS LATER I get my car all the work is done and I'm angry. Now I have a bill for 187 dollars that I can't pay because he didn't listen to me. Had to over draft my bank account just to pay for it. Never going here again. More
