I have now bought 4 new cars through Gil Anderson, beginning with a Prius in 2001. I have also sold two of my cars back to Capitol, as part of purchasing two of the new vehicles, for what I considere beginning with a Prius in 2001. I have always had all my service work done at the dealership, and am happy with the knowledge and friendliness of the service staff, under the leadership of Dan L., service manager. I have also had auto body, windshield, and "detail" work done through Mark Fast, with whom I have been very favorably impressed. All in all, the Capitol Toyota team offers me knowledge, friendliness, quality, and value, in every arena from sales to service. I intend to remain a continuing long-term customer. More

I had to have a new windshield installed in may 2010 Highlander due to a crack that was in the top portion. My entire experience with Capitol Subaru was friendly, efficient and overall very impressive. They made buying my first car a fun and easy experience. After being told at a different dealership that my car was not to be found anywhere, Christine, Dan and Jamie found it within 20 minutes of my first call. They worked quickly to get my car to me the next day - with plates and all (and Jamie worked hard to get it for me from the other dealership: even trading a more expensive car just to get me the one I wanted). After a week fighting with another dealership, I called Christine at Capitol at 2pm, they found my car by 2:20pm, I signed papers after work that day and they had my car for me the next morning. They were always happy to answer my questions and really made me feel as if my happiness was the only thing they cared about. They didn't pressure me into any decisions and they gave me exactly what I asked for. Mike with financing also answered all my questions clearly and I felt comfortable and taken care of as I signed the papers. I know that they went above and beyond to deliver me an overall great car buying experience and I will definitely be back for my next purchase. Just took my GMC Yukon in for an oil change Monday and as usual, they asked if I'd like it washed. I said, "Yes please!" I was so happy when not only had they washed the exterior, but the interior had been usual, they asked if I'd like it washed. I said, "Yes please!"
