If service will take a while I have always been able to get a loaner vehicle with no disruption to my day. When I get my vehicle back I've been educated on what they did and what services I'll most likely need in the future. I would highly recommend Capitol Chevrolet for my vehicle service needs. More

The 2 big bay doors leading in open quickly and the covered area where the rep meets you is clean and orderly. My rep Stefanie was kind and met me shortly after I pulled up. She asked what I was there for and then showed me to the waiting area where there was coffee, tea, and fruit. My appointment was @ 4pm, and I arrived just a few minutes before. All I came in for was an oil change and tire rotation on my used vehicle I purchased through the Capitol Auto Group. I didn't end up driving away from the lot until nearly 6pm! The Capitol Auto Group uses a texting system which I received an initial text from my service rep from. I thought the tool would be a great thing, but I guess my rep ended up leaving because after responding to the initial text, I never received a response about my car being ready. I was actually walking around the waiting area and an employee (attending to someone else at the time) mistakenly called me by someone else's name, only to realize that it was me and that my car was ready. In addition to the time taken and not letting me know my vehicle was ready, the complimentary car wash service was very rushed. The trunk wasn't vacuumed. It's the small things that matter. The front end of the service center is on point. Prompt attention to the arriving customer, interest in their wants/needs, and an escort to the waiting area that's full of nice amenities. The rear end leaves a lot to be desired. Price is 3 stars because I asked about an alignment, and the price was $129.99 or $129.95...that's a bit stiff. More

I had to leave town on a family My 2015 Escalade developed a slight knocking in the engine. I brought it in a was given a nice clean loaner vehicle. I had to leave town on a family emergency and was away for 10 days. I called Mark in service and was allowed to keep the loaner until I return. A bad cam was the cause of the knocking and while the engine was disassembled it was discovered I had a leak in my A/C compressor, $750 was the estimate. When I picked up my car there was no charge because the cam was covered by the drive train warranty. Because of several complaints to GM about the A/C problem there was no charge. Capital goes the extra mile and make me a Happy Camper. More
