Mike was the one working the numbers and he really helped crunch them to be where I needed them to be. Frannie Yarborough was my finance person and she was very condescending, and almost made me leave from the deal all together. During our time with her, she told me how my Jeep was going to break down soon, and how it’s extremely expensive to fix and that if I didn’t get a warranty (and pay $100 more a month) then I was going to be faced with paying thousands in issues with my car. Talk about really making me excited for my purchase! She just kept telling us “I tell it like it is” “I don’t bs I’m straight up” it was completely unnecessary because at the time we were only concerned with the monthly payment increase with the warranty’s, not the information she was telling us. Once we got mike involved he made it work out. After we left Frannie called me a couple days later saying the bank needed paystubs. I told her I get paid the next day and could have it to her then. She acted so frustrated and tried to make me feel bad by saying “well the longer you take the longer this whole process is.” Then I emailed her and asked her what my first scheduled payment was, I didn’t get an email back for over a week, not even a confirmation the sale had been completed. Her response “your payment date is the same date we’ve already discussed.” Needless to say I would not recommend working with Frannie, she is extremely condescending and overall has a bad attitude. However I’m very grateful for everyone else at capitol Chevy for working with me and being so friendly! We will definitely go back when it’s time for a new car, but we will not be working with Frannie. More

The tire wear report was of concern, with the left rear tir Reference invoice # 791765 -- mileage 12,463 -- The second oil change and tire rotation. The tire wear report was of concern, with the left rear tire indicating significant wear and the right rear indicating such wear as to advise "Replace now". The explanation given was "alignment needed". Strange as car has not experienced any events to alter factory alignment. I declined to have the car aligned at Capital and took it to Les Schwab for evaluation. No abnormal wear or alignment issues noted at Les Schwab. This apparently unneeded evaluation cost me $79.95 and the Les Schwab's conclusions were confirmed with my next tire rotation at your service center. Reference invoice # 806356 -- mileage 17418 -- The third oil change, tire rotation, and two software recall updates. The tire wear report at this service now indicates zero abnormal tire wear and more tread depth than shown on the previous service invoice. Wonder if you can explain ? Overall very impressed with your dealership and staff. Alexander took us for a test drive in a '19 Outback and was a complete joy to be around. More

Oil Change and Recalls Our appointment started exactly on the scheduled time. Once the car was in, we were told to expect a longer wait than usual because of the recall w Our appointment started exactly on the scheduled time. Once the car was in, we were told to expect a longer wait than usual because of the recall work being done too, but it turned out to be a lot less wait time than anticipated. We very much appreciated that the waiting room was CLEAN, the furniture was not torn and tacky, there was free coffee, popcorn and cold bottled water, and a variety of magazines and a working T.V. Not the typical garage type of waiting room, respect for the customer and their comfort was obvious. Our car was even washed before it was returned to us. Great little extra benefit. The only questionable moment was, as we were ready to leave, once again our key fob wouldn't open our trunk. The lady who gave us our paperwork saw this, and when we told her it was a repetitive problem and asked what we should do about it, she said she didn't know. One request for the future - please reset the car clock correctly after servicing. Thank you. More

If service will take a while I have always been able to get a loaner vehicle with no disruption to my day. When I get my vehicle back I've been educated on what they did and what services I'll most likely need in the future. I would highly recommend Capitol Chevrolet for my vehicle service needs. More
