They gave me an estimate of the time it would take to check it and offered me a ride if I needed to go somewhere. (The waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi, and they have tea and coffee while you wait....no need to go anywhere else!). After checking it, They let me know that’s what the problem was, they had the parts, and were beginning the repairs. Again, they gave me an estimate of the time to repair. Before that estimated time was up, they had finished the repairs and had me on the road! More
could have gone better when I bought my car they promised 2 free years of oil changes. so when I went the other day I assumed it was all going to be free and they added a ca when I bought my car they promised 2 free years of oil changes. so when I went the other day I assumed it was all going to be free and they added a car wash and tire rotation, which adds up quickly. I was upset to find out that they had either changed my warranty or I was lied to when I bought my car because now they say I only had 2 free visits. so I was charged 80 dollars and was not told the price of anything before hand so I had no idea they were going to charge me. The lady that helped me was nice and gave me 8 dollars off, but 71 dollars for something I could have done myself was very upsetting especially when it had been promised free for 2 years. More

Very Pleasent Experience I knew I probably had a long wait time with my 3 seperate service requests, one which needed an investigation as to the cause. Worst experience ever. I had one of the worst experiences ever at Capitol Subaru with Dan and the rest of the employees. I was lied too in regards to the previous owner of t I had one of the worst experiences ever at Capitol Subaru with Dan and the rest of the employees. I was lied too in regards to the previous owner of the car I purchased. After getting home and taking out the multiple air fresheners that were strategically placed in-between seats I realized that the certified pre-owned car I just purchased had a really bad smell to it. When I say bad smell I mean that it was very obviously owned by a previous cigarette smoker. Not even 24 hours later when I reached out to Capitol Subaru I was lied to again. I continued to let them know that I was unhappy with the car and needed options because I asked multiple times about cigarettes before I even left the dealership. They finally just stopped answering my phone calls and ignoring me. I escalated this issue up to Subaru of America. They are working with me to provide solutions to this problem. With all of that being said, I would never return to this dealership. I am ashamed that I gave them my business. I have never reviewed anything or anywhere before but I couldn't let this one go. I have been dealing with so much BS since I left this dealership. I would never wish this on anyone. Capitol Subaru does not even deserve 1 star if that was an option. To top it all off, I was asked by Dan multiple times after I got home for a 5 star review so he can get his compensation, making it very clear that he was after his money and did not care one bit about the customer satisfaction. More
