Water leaks inside Chevy Silverton 2015 Originally we called to find out if the leaks were to be covered under our warranty for our bumper to bumper we were told that it would be covered. When we arrived we were told to sign a piece of paper that in case it was not covered we would pay a $200 check out fee. In the meantime we were purchasing a new Traverse through Mario. Well now we own a new Traverse only to find out that we had to pay the $200 dollars on a truck that you now own. The leaks were located and that that it would be over $900 to repair. The check out service was fine. More

I was incredibly happy to be given a courtesy inspection and oil change with my vehicle purchase and this is what my appointment was for. The gentleman in the parts department was incredibly helpful and delightful and made my purchase for some accessories easy. A woman at the desk came out, introduced her self and let us know if we needed anything more than coffee, snacks, water etc. to see her. She was also very polite and professional. After my service, I waited in the bay and as it was my first experience I did not know that you drive forward and the gate opens. There was a young woman at the little desk between my car and the ext. There was a stop sign in front of me to my right. I was waiting for her to give me a go-ahead or acknowledgment. She was pretty glued to her phone. I got out of my car and asked how to get the gate up and she said, "you just drive forward.." looking irritated that I bothered her and looked back at her phone. My thought was, "Well at least I asked instead of driving through and potentially causing damages!" I said nothing and drove out. Overall, the experience was super friendly and I was happy to see customer service carries forward after a purchase. I look forward to seeing how Subaru holds up as this is my first Subaru vehicle and experience. 4/5 Stars! Respectfully, Ms. Brock More

She even called me back several days after my 60,000 mile service to tell me she was refunding around $17.00 (+/-) for the tire rotation which, she explained, should have been included in my brake job. I suppose the only reason I give four instead of five stars to Capitol Chevrolet/Subaru is the cost of the service. At over $1800.00 I thought the price rather steep. More
