Scheduled maintence not completely done I made appt for my car 2 1/2!weeks prior for the required maintenance for my new car as well as to have an issue with a component fixed or at least tr I made appt for my car 2 1/2!weeks prior for the required maintenance for my new car as well as to have an issue with a component fixed or at least troubled shooted. When they were done they told me that there was only one service tech on and he didn’t have time to look at it and had they know they would have allotted time for it. The issue is I did tell the scheduling person when I made my appointment and it didn’t get on the work order. Now my only option is to reschedule for this issue. I don’t live in Salem yet I choose to drive to the place where I purchased my car. The sales experience was great. So far the service is not the same. I now either have to take a day of to bring my car in or take another weekend day to do it. More

It was an overall great experience. We never felt pressured or taken advantage of. John and Blake helped us find our son’s perfect car. Even the paperwork in the end was painless thanks to Frannie. Excellent service! Took my car in for a strange noise coming from the rear of the car caused by right rear wheel bearings going out. They gave me an estimate of the time it would take to check it and offered me a ride if I needed to go somewhere. (The waiting area is comfortable, has WiFi, and they have tea and coffee while you wait....no need to go anywhere else!). After checking it, They let me know that’s what the problem was, they had the parts, and were beginning the repairs. Again, they gave me an estimate of the time to repair. Before that estimated time was up, they had finished the repairs and had me on the road! More

Dishonest, at best From being lied to about a sale price on a car tried to sell it to me for $16,800 when it was advertised on line for $15,484 (Blamed it on the lot boy From being lied to about a sale price on a car tried to sell it to me for $16,800 when it was advertised on line for $15,484 (Blamed it on the lot boy) to that" I need to go look for the other key" (when they knew there was not one) and finally the check is in the mail (when it had not even been processed yet. Just a few of the examples. Just had that ill feeling the whole time. Though they try to appear friendly, it is the same old "system house"approach. Salesperson sells you on the car, next level up sells you on the price, and finally if they can't close the deal, they bring in the Sales Manager of the day. Go look, but be very scrupulus before you sign. More
