Bought $50,000 truck from Capitol. Buying experience was not good. Salesman would not call me back. Salesman lost my second key, and I had to go to the dealership 2 different times Buying experience was not good. Salesman would not call me back. Salesman lost my second key, and I had to go to the dealership 2 different times to get it from them, and only got it then after escalating to a manager. Salesman claims he was calling me at a phone number that I don’t recognize and did not give to him. 2,000 miles on truck, radio won’t turn off, battery draining due to faulty over the air update module. Call to make appointment, no loaners available (see other reviews). Truck was in the shop for more than 2 weeks with not 1 call from them. I had to call for any updates on the repairs, service advisor would not me back. Called the service department on Thursday – your truck will be ready this afternoon. Nope. Called the service department on Friday – your truck will be ready this afternoon. Nope. Called all day Saturday, nobody would answer any phone at service scheduling or main service number. Service advisor later told me “it’s always a mess here on Saturdays”. Asked to speak to a service manager numerous times, and the front desk folks would just transfer me to my service advisor again. “Sorry, I’m just the middleman” doesn't cut it. Offered me a free tank of gas and a car wash if I would give him all 10s in my review. More
