I leased my Tahoe through Capitol Chevrolet and decided to purchase it once the lease expired. What should have been a pretty straightforward transaction given I’d already been driving this car ended up be to purchase it once the lease expired. What should have been a pretty straightforward transaction given I’d already been driving this car ended up being a 4+ hour wait due to a very long inspection/service delay. I almost used a third party to do the lease buy out and really should have to avoid the hassle that comes with the in person dealership buying experience. I ended up having to leave my car and Ubering home in order to pick up my daughters from school. Staff showed zero urgency, zero empathy and was completely unapologetic. In a time where there are dozens of options, steer clear of Capitol Chevrolet if you value your own time and sanity. More
