I own my own business and bake the cc fees into my costs so customers don't have to see it. I understand the fees add up, but with what the dealership charges (and it's much higher than Henna) you can certainly eat the cost of the credit card fees. It's a bad look and it really makes me not want to come back for service or a purchase. Do BETTER by your customers. Eat the 3%. More
