AWESOME service! It was nice to be able to start the process online. It is so annoying to be handed a piece of paper that has been copied so many times that it is distorted, and being asked to hand wri process online. The prompt phone call after submitting the online information was also nice. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. This was not the only dealership we went to, but in the end, the service and quality of the car won our business. I usually dread shopping for a new car, but this experience exceeded my expectations and made it a painless process. Lazarus had his work cut out for him since my husband and I were not at all on the same page on what we wanted. Lazarus found us a good compromise that we both agreed on and loved. Sid was so helpful explaining the additional coverages and the terms and conditions so we could make good, informed decisions. I will (and have) referred others to this dealership. He found a bank to finance me,gave me to much for my tradein and put me in the most perfect truck on the lot.he must have read my mind,because it was just what i wanted.A 2010 Nissan Titan that looked like nobody had ever set foot inside the truck!
