We were not "needing" a new car but who doesn't want a new car? So I contacted Joseph with a few cars that my husband and I liked online. We were able to schedule an appointment with him and he said he would have the cars we looked at online ready for us to look at that day. We arrived, (the dreaded walking into a dealership because you know that salesmen will swarm you from every angle) and a nice man asked if had been helped and he pages Joseph for us. We arrived early, so while we waited (maybe 5 minutes max), the staff were super friendly offered us drinks, snacks, and didn't even blink an eye at my toddler crawling all over the cars inside the showroom. Joseph came up and introduced himself, and already has the cars we had told him about ready to go. We were able to hop right in and test drive and compare the difference, pros and cons for our family. Almost seems to good to be true for a car salesman! He was extremely patient, did not hover while my husband and I discussed things, and very knowledgable. Once we had decided that we did want to trade in my car the process was beyond easy and fast! As car buying goes, we went back a forth, but only ONCE! Joseph got us exactly what we wanted for the amount that we could afford. He is by far the nicest and most professional salesman I have ever worked with. He continues to check on us and make sure we are happy or if we have any questions. Also, my parents who are older and have LOTS of questions about features - Joseph, still months after the sale continues to assist them with any questions they have. We have never enjoyed the car buying experience more then we did with Joseph at Capital Chevrolet. More
