Great Service from Salesman, Timeliness fell short. I had a great experience dealing with Ron Favis as my Salesman. He was very friendly, and made everything very clear about what was going on through e I had a great experience dealing with Ron Favis as my Salesman. He was very friendly, and made everything very clear about what was going on through every step. However where this dealership falls short is their timeliness and efficiency. I arrived at the dealership around 9:45am, and was not finished until 6:45pm. Although the payment was finished around 2:30pm it was negotiated that I would receive new tires, that they would fix the recall part, and detail my vehicle. I was told an hour later at 3:30 my truck was just put on a lift to begin being worked on. 2 hours later I was told my vehicle was ready to be transported to Firestone to get new tires. However they failed to detail my car and was told I had to wait even longer for my vehicle to be ready. This dealership was not very efficient, and seemed to not communicate with each other on what was being done. I was told by many different people the same thing repeatedly, because they were not communicating with each other. If you are trying to only spend half a day getting a vehicle, then you're better off going somewhere else. If you don't mind spending 9-10 hours waiting then this is the place for you. Again, Ron was fantastic and none of the waiting was his fault. The finance and service departments were very slow. More
