Don't waste your time bringing a car here for service I had a problem with my Impala so I called to make an appointment. The quickest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later I show up on t I had a problem with my Impala so I called to make an appointment. The quickest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later I show up on time at 9:00 AM on Wednesday April 22nd. The problem I was experiencing was an obvious clunking in the drivetrain when you applied or released the accelerator. I called Wednesday afternoon to see what they found. Nothing as no one had looked at the car. I called Thursday afternoon - Nothing as no one had looked at the car. This in spite of the fact I had a scheduled appointment . I called Friday around noon and they said they needed more details about the problem as they had driven the car and did not notice anything. I suspect this was just an excuse to pacify me and make me believe they were actually trying to diagnose the problem. I called once again on Monday and they said according to their computer records the car had been assigned to a tech but that was all they knew. When I asked if they had determined the problem they said they would have to talk with the technician. and call me back in 10 minutes. That was 2 and a half hours ago and still no word. So basically now my car has been in their shop for 5 days and they have not had anyone look at it to diagnose the problem, much less start to repair it. More

Well This not my first but my 2nd time in the last 7 months buying a car from this dealership from and having the pleasure buying both cars from Joseph llanos. Not only did he help me buy my first car in such a very informative way, but he was super super friendly. I felt like I was buying a car from one of my friends. Not only was he super friendly but he was very informative about the car, which I knew nothing about. He helped me get the car I want, for the price I wanted and even the color. He listened very carefully to what we wanted and needed esp after I totaled my first car. He was even a bigger help the 2nd time around and I couldn't be happier we got to have him as our salesman again. I also like how no matter what questions or conerns I have or how many times I ask the same question he always there to help and never gets annoyed. He very approachable and like I stated above he like one of my friends. He makes you feel very welcomed and at home. He treats you like family. Which makes me feel great because I know any concerns or questions I have about my car, I know I can contact Joseph without any worry, because let's face it me knowing anything about cars is like asking a theatre major about football.. Oh wait those are both me lol. Anyways I completly recommend Joseph for your salesman at Chevrolet in Austin tx by SH I-35!!! Great company and location as well. :) More

not happy with service department Took car in for repars to be fixed come to find out as soon as I got it back and another comes for it car is having problems it did not have before I Took car in for repars to be fixed come to find out as soon as I got it back and another comes for it car is having problems it did not have before I took it in. Now it will cost me another $1000 dollars or so to fix it. I am not happy and wish I took it somewhere else. Not to mention it took it took for to get the work done. Will never have auto work done here again. Anyone going here you are probably better off going somewhere else unless you want the headache. More

Purchase of 2015 Tahoe Was in market for new Tahoe to replace my 2007 that was showing its age. Went to several dealers and had almost committed to one dealer but called Ca Was in market for new Tahoe to replace my 2007 that was showing its age. Went to several dealers and had almost committed to one dealer but called Capitol and talked with Davis Bashman; I had had contact with him about 3 months earlier when was scouting out new Tahoe's. Just had Tahoe at CarMax and told David what I wanted and he said he had the vehicle with more items on it. Stated did not need navigation system and trailer package; He asked me to come and look at it and gave me a great price. I was needed to pick up school children and told him to put in the sunroof and that I would pick up the vehicle in two days and left a deposit. That was it. I showed up two days later and Lazarus was a great help and spend a lot of time with me (David on vacation) I am on a bandwagon that front desk should have coins so that the soda machine is free. David had to ask over 6 salesperson for a coins. When someone spends at Capitol, there should be a free drink station. janet mijares More
