My vehicle maintenance concerns were listened to and resolved. Both of these stellar employees made me feel like I was the most important person on Earth. I observed the customer interaction of other service department personnel while I waited and I could tell that a custom and practice devoted to caring about customers has developed. Caring for the customer after the sale is engrained in the service department and is a part of the culture here. More
