He treated my wife with respect and ensured that she understood what work was done on our Tahoe. we had a battery failure and he got us in for troubleshooting and recomened a battery replacement. whenever I take both of our trucks in for service he goes over recomened service that is due. Overall he is very knowlegable and is concerned that the customer is aware of their options. he lets the customer know what is neded and what can wait without being pushy. overall I think that he is an asset to your service dept. my wife and I are very pleased overall and will continue to use Capitol Chevrolet for our service needs and will return for new car sales.
