Chevy Spark First of all I would like to say I love Chevy! I have owned 2 Buicks and a Ford Windstar then ended up buying a Chevy Aveo in 2006. I drove my little First of all I would like to say I love Chevy! I have owned 2 Buicks and a Ford Windstar then ended up buying a Chevy Aveo in 2006. I drove my little car all over the U.S. and it held up well with all my road trips and commuting to work. Easy to find parking and great gas mileage. I loved that car but it was time to move on and purchase another car. I went to Capital Chevy looking for another little car like my Aveo. I looked at the Chevy Spark which is an updated version of my beloved Chevy Aveo lol It was really tough for me to let go of my old car and honestly wanted to cry. I thought my salesman Bo Freeman would think I was nuts for getting a little emotional letting go of my car but he let me know it was perfectly normal. He was so understanding and not pushy at all. Bo Freeman helped making my new car purchase easier. I'm happy with my Spark and very happy with the service I received at the dealership. Everyone was very nice. I will most definitely go back when it's time for another vehicle. Excellent Customer Service, Mr Freeman!! More
Outstanding customer service! I spent several weeks on multiple sites, searching a 200 mile radius for good deals on a 2013 Texas Edition, Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT. Having done m I spent several weeks on multiple sites, searching a 200 mile radius for good deals on a 2013 Texas Edition, Silverado 1500 Crew Cab LT. Having done my research, I dropped by after work a few times to check out inventory, and met Bo Freeman. We test drove a few vehicles and I told him exactly what I was looking for. Within a day, he texted me pictures of a truck that was coming in that afternoon, and told me to stop by after work, with a note that said, "This is the one." Fast forward to a week later, he was absolutely correct. That Texas Edition Silverado is a beautiful head-turning black and chrome ride, with two tone calfskin leather interior, low miles, bluetooth, premium sound, and clean as whistle inside and out. Pure artwork, precision machinery... and goes without saying, probably the best vehicle I've ever owned. I broke it in right last week, threw fishing gear in the back, and took my daughter fishing the very same day I bought it. (She landed a big channel cat, btw...) I couldn't be happier. And Bo? Probably the coolest, most honest, no pressure salesman I've ever met. He's the real deal folks. Huge thanks to Bo and the folks down at Capitol Chevy! More

Don't waste your time bringing a car here for service I had a problem with my Impala so I called to make an appointment. The quickest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later I show up on t I had a problem with my Impala so I called to make an appointment. The quickest they could schedule was 2 weeks later. So 2 weeks later I show up on time at 9:00 AM on Wednesday April 22nd. The problem I was experiencing was an obvious clunking in the drivetrain when you applied or released the accelerator. I called Wednesday afternoon to see what they found. Nothing as no one had looked at the car. I called Thursday afternoon - Nothing as no one had looked at the car. This in spite of the fact I had a scheduled appointment . I called Friday around noon and they said they needed more details about the problem as they had driven the car and did not notice anything. I suspect this was just an excuse to pacify me and make me believe they were actually trying to diagnose the problem. I called once again on Monday and they said according to their computer records the car had been assigned to a tech but that was all they knew. When I asked if they had determined the problem they said they would have to talk with the technician. and call me back in 10 minutes. That was 2 and a half hours ago and still no word. So basically now my car has been in their shop for 5 days and they have not had anyone look at it to diagnose the problem, much less start to repair it. More

Well This not my first but my 2nd time in the last 7 months buying a car from this dealership from and having the pleasure buying both cars from Joseph llanos. Not only did he help me buy my first car in such a very informative way, but he was super super friendly. I felt like I was buying a car from one of my friends. Not only was he super friendly but he was very informative about the car, which I knew nothing about. He helped me get the car I want, for the price I wanted and even the color. He listened very carefully to what we wanted and needed esp after I totaled my first car. He was even a bigger help the 2nd time around and I couldn't be happier we got to have him as our salesman again. I also like how no matter what questions or conerns I have or how many times I ask the same question he always there to help and never gets annoyed. He very approachable and like I stated above he like one of my friends. He makes you feel very welcomed and at home. He treats you like family. Which makes me feel great because I know any concerns or questions I have about my car, I know I can contact Joseph without any worry, because let's face it me knowing anything about cars is like asking a theatre major about football.. Oh wait those are both me lol. Anyways I completly recommend Joseph for your salesman at Chevrolet in Austin tx by SH I-35!!! Great company and location as well. :) More

not happy with service department Took car in for repars to be fixed come to find out as soon as I got it back and another comes for it car is having problems it did not have before I Took car in for repars to be fixed come to find out as soon as I got it back and another comes for it car is having problems it did not have before I took it in. Now it will cost me another $1000 dollars or so to fix it. I am not happy and wish I took it somewhere else. Not to mention it took it took for to get the work done. Will never have auto work done here again. Anyone going here you are probably better off going somewhere else unless you want the headache. More
