During my 3 week search, i came upon multiple car salesman across town that were just not experience, had no knowledge of their inventory and and were just pressuring me into a different or deal than i originally had ask. when i first walk into Capitol Chevrolet, i was introduce to Ernest Cruceta. As soon as i started talking to him i had the feeling that this was going to be a good experience. He was very professional, respectful , and has the knowledge and expertise that you want on a car salesman. I initially went to look for a 2013 Hyundai Sonata which has just arrive but he refuse to sell me that car due to a mechanical issue with the car, which i appreciate his honesty at that point. At a different dealership i had the same scenario and the car salesman try to sell me that car with an issue at the same price. i try to take it if they would discount something so that i can repair after and they refuse. totally bad customer experience there (it was at North Audi of Austin)FYI... So I talk to Ernest about what i was looking for, what kind of down payment i had, credit score and what kind of Interest rate I had qualify on an existing loan i had apply for this purchase. i was a little disappointed on the 2013 but Ernest told me about a different 2011 Sonata that has just arrive too and i had no knowledge about it. i immediately love the car looks. it had everything i was looking for, Leather Interior, Sunroof, fully loaded and overall sporty looking car. Ernest and his Financial team were able to beat my previous loan i had qualify for and Kept my monthly payments right where i had initially had ask them. I walk into the dealership late Monday night and i walk out with my new car the next day. Super Fast Service!! Overall, a great experience, great people, excellent cars. I totally recommend Capitol Chevrolet of Austin. I am defiantly going back there for my next car and hopefully can have Ernest as my car salesman again. More
