Untrustworthy This place is a scam! They use false advertising to make the sale then rush you through the signing process to make a quick buck. Derrick Evans and hi This place is a scam! They use false advertising to make the sale then rush you through the signing process to make a quick buck. Derrick Evans and his associates work together to take advantage of customers. We agreed to pay an online purchase price of 12,000, which Derrick confirmed before contract signing, but then we were charged an additional 5,000 because they decided to change the price as the contract papers were printing. Derrick admitted the error was their fault (most the "internet department") but refused to adjust the price to 12,000 even though the online price of 12,000 was posted on several different websites. Don't trust anything they say! They could care less about their customers or the effect of their illegal deals on hard working Americans. They also added over 400 for life insurance for my family without our consent--- Who does that?! Run the other way and don't trust con-artist like Derrick Evans More

Brought it in at 0815hrs service tech Matt, set me up with ride home and called me at 4pm to say it's ready! Only close call was normal shuttle driver Manny goes home at 4pm. I thought this would be a problem for someone to pick me up. However Matt made it happen arrived at dealership around 545 pm and payed my bill and tech, Jim and Matt made sure my problems were repaired to my satisfaction. Everything was excellent and I left a satisfied Customer! Thanks Matt and Jim ( Corvette Tech) Great Job!?? More

Worst Customer Service Experience Ever This is hands down the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. The easiest way to explain this is with a list of every possible way th This is hands down the WORST customer service experience I have ever received. The easiest way to explain this is with a list of every possible way that this dealership failed. 1. The used car dealer who was assisting me in the purchase of my 2013 Black Chevy Volt was fired from the company. His service was so incredibly awful in the following ways: Not ONCE was any voicemail I left ever returned. Not once was any consideration of my time in the office ever taken into account. For one of many examples, when I had already waited well over two hours in their sales office for financing to come back with loan approval, my sales associate (now fired) told me he was going to expedite the loan approval process. Instead, I watched him walk straight onto the lot and begin selling a vehicle to another customer. In addition, the fact I even had to wait in that office blows my mind because all of these financing requests could have been made well in advance of my second visit to the dealership because all the possible loan packages had already been discussed. 2. When trying to price the car, the sales team had three different individuals offering me well over ten different payment options before allowing me to leave the office the first time. If you walk into this office, expect to spend at least two hours being sold on every possible sales package under the sun. 3. When trying to determine the purchase price of the car, my sales associate attempted to quote me a starting price that was $3,000 above the list price of the car on Autotrader. If you are going into this office, expect to be tricked into starting list price that is significantly higher than anything they actually offered online. Be vigilant, because Capitol Chevrolet will try to trick you. 4. When attempting to complete the work that was promised on the car, I was required to bring my car into their dealership not one, not two, not three, not four, not five, SIX times to get a simple backup camera added and a new front grill. In addition, the back up camera that was added to the car was not the camera that was originally promised by the sales representative that was fired, but instead a camera that was awkwardly placed on the rear view mirror with guidelines that were not dynamic (They did not move as the steering wheel moves). If you go to Capitol Chevrolet, make sure you literally write down the exact items you expect to be put on the car down to their placement, cost, expectations of delivery of services, and any other possible concerns under the sun. 5. After purchase, I realized that the windshield was cracked in two places on the passenger side. Because this is a legitimate safety concern, I requested that Capitol Chevrolet fix the issue. I was PROMISED by manager "A" that this issue would be resolved within the next day. Instead, the next day I was told by a manager "B" that this issue would not be resolved because, "They were already doing so much for me". How can someone bring a safety concern about a vehicle to a certified dealership, be lied to about the problem being fixed, and then told that they simply just don't care enough about your safety. 6. One of the times I left my vehicle with them for service I was given a loaner vehicle. Nice service right? Wrong. Not even two hours after I left the dealership with their loaner vehicle I received a phone call requesting access to that vehicle. Why? They had left another customers personal items in this vehicle, and now that customer was demanding access to the car. I was already out of town by this point, and told them they had to simply access the vehicle themselves. In true Capitol Chevrolet fashion, I never received a phone call back as to rather or not they ended up needing access to the vehicle. In addition, the vehicle interior looked like absolute xxxx, and may as well have been a garbage can for the previous owner. The fact that a customer would ever be given a loaner vehicle in this condition blows my mind. 7. As I am writing this review I am attempting to sort out the fact that my license plates and registration are well over a month and a half late. An individual at their dealership just called and said that I am "confused". What kind of customer service company EVER tells a customer that they are confused. It took me seven different calls today just to get an answer of rather or not my license plates had been ordered. 8. For every time that I went into their office, for every different manger that I spoke to about the vehicle, for every phone call I made that was never returned, I never once had someone simply admit their fault and apologize. Every time I entered the office I was ushered into a side office to avoid other customers hearing me voice my absolutly reasonable concerns. I was even asked by management to not treat them too harshly despite laying out all of the above concerns to them in my most recent visit. Never take your business here. I promise it will be bad.
