Awesome salesman! I don't usually do reviews! But this time I thought it was important. I told Kelton that my husband and I was pregnant with twins and needed something I don't usually do reviews! But this time I thought it was important. I told Kelton that my husband and I was pregnant with twins and needed something spacious and new. I also informed him of our "trade in". Im usually the type to be suspicious of salesmen of any kind, but Kelton was very friendly, kind and honest. He worked long hours and even replied to us on his off days. Kelton worked on our trade and gave us a good deal on our "new vehicle". He even had Monty make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as On Star and blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Kelton Hughes and we'll definitely be back for an upgrade. Y que paso : aplicamos y todo iba excelente llaves en la mano firmas todo bien para al final ver que me estaban vendiendo misma marca diferente color y otro año?? Como no se supone que uno compra lo uno quiere? Resulto que habia habido un error !!! Que raro no? Y ellos no se dieron cuenta si no mi esposo el caso es, me rogaban que me quedara con el carro que no queria aunque era mas nuevo a mi no me importa el año NO era el carro que yo queria, total que tenia que dar 3000 mil dlls mas de down!!! WHAT!!!! Si lo queria,aparte el interes que me dieron al principio era de 11.9% me lo subian a 22% jajajjaja Luego, que liban a tratar de hace algo el lunes pero que dejara 500 dlls de down. Para que no lo vendieran jajajjajajaja si el error no fue nuestro Era el carro de mis sueños pero no somos tontos Seguramente encontrare otor igual o mejor quizas Yo entiendo somos Humanos cometemos errores pero 5 hrs de nuestro tiempo perdido ademas nada de seriedad y responsabilidad De algo estoy segura No volveremos a este Distribuidor No masCapitol Chevrolet More
