Program keyless entry I came in a week later after purchasing a used truck in excellent condition. The truck is a 2015 Z71 and was about 6k out of my budget. When I was loo I came in a week later after purchasing a used truck in excellent condition. The truck is a 2015 Z71 and was about 6k out of my budget. When I was looking at the truck I was told about all the neat bells and whistles that the truck was able to do. One of those bells was a keyless entry, start the car from the house before getting into it and so on. Well when I picked the truck up and buy outside of budget, I learned the truck had one key and no remote. My salesman Greg, went and found me a keyless remote and told me to make an appointment with the service department. Well a week later I did, came in, spent an hour in the lobby and spent about $150.00 on a key and keyless entry. I asked the guy how do I roll down the windows and start the car being outside the truck. He pressed a couple buttons and then told me to read the owners manual and told me he doesn't know Chevy as well as fords. I have read the manual and guess what, I can't roll down the window or start the car but I can unlock the door. Then he asked me to sign a piece of paper claiming that my new truck 6k out of budget needs about a $1000 plus of work done to it within the next month or so. You got to be kidding me, 6k out of budget, $150 for an extra key and remote program that didn't work and I need $1000 plus work done. I have had the truck for 7 days at that time and driven it once. (Tried not to answer if I would use the service center and the program has forced me to choice. I will determine if I use the center again if they can teach me to use the remote, if I am doing it work or repair the remote) More

Mr. Thomas Vasquez, my service advisor greeted me promptly on the service drive. I explained that my car was due for an oil change. Mr. Vasquez assured me that my vehicle would be serviced quickly. And, when I brought it in, it was really dirty! Mr. Vasquez had it washed, and it looked brand new again- and it was ready in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend the service department, and my advisor, Mr. Vasquez to all my friends and family. More
