Ernesto Acosta additionally went out of his way to make the purchase of a Corvette Z06 stress free. Everything was done first class all they way. Ernesto answered all my questions, and even was able to arrange ENCLOSED shipping for me at a great price. All my calls were always answered promptly. I only have great words for Ernesto. The price paid was the price advertised with NO add on additional hidden charges. The car arrived flawless and in pristine condition by their recommended carrier on time as arranged and their recommended carrier was also superb in communicating the entire way while in transit shipping the car. Everything went well, especially that I am 2000 miles away making this deal over the phone on this Corvette Z06 that I found listed on the internet on Capitols web site. These people aim to please !! Forget the fact that everyone at Capital Chevrolet was friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and helpful, they went way above and beyond that to make sure I was happy, including delivering my new car to me because I did not have time to come pick it up the next day. Betty Morales did everything right when helping me find a car, I never felt rushed or pressured. They have me a great price on my old car even though it wasn’t in perfect shape. They made sure I got every incentive and rebate, even ones I had no idea about, saving me almost $7000! My brand new car with 62 miles on it was almost the same price as a used one I was going to buy at Carmax. They worked out my financing and had me out the door in 2 hours. While I was there the General Manager Alex Flores came over to say hello, he made sure I had everything I needed, he was genuine and friendly. That’s where a good car buying experience turned into a great one. I really wanted a different color car then they had, but it was in Hutto. I told them I wouldn’t have time to get it the next day, no problem! They got me a rental car for the evening, got the car transfer over for me, then they brought it up to me at work the next day! A few days later I decided I needed to get the windows tinted. I reached out to them and they did an amazing job, detailed my car and filled it with gas while they were at it!!! They didn’t just sell me a car and forget me either. They have sent emails and texts to make sure I was happy and that I didn’t need anything. Really a spectacular experience from beginning to end, you need to come here for your next car or truck! More
