Capitol provided a seamless experience I reached out late Thursday night through the internet and I was delighted to get a response within 5 minutes from Tyler Rodriguez. I come from a sales background and he is a keeper to your organization. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and presented a very comfortable environment for my wife and I. I will provide a minor comment to your Internet Sales Manager who was very passionate in his new position. Darting into a conversation and darting out quickly would have been less disruptive to the buying process as Tyler had already provided the sales pitch on why Capitol. A World Class Experience-All in one place! Finding a Chevy Volt with everything I needed was quite a task. I had encountered a few rude salesmen. But once I reached out to Travis at Capitol Che Finding a Chevy Volt with everything I needed was quite a task. I had encountered a few rude salesmen. But once I reached out to Travis at Capitol Chevrolet, he jumped in and found me everything I was looking for! Might I add that he did this from almost 200 miles away. When we first spoke, he located the vehicle and shared specs and a welcome message. First thing the next morning, he had taken pictures and video of the car to show me some of the things I had asked for. The credit application process was easily done online and taken care of by the finance department. Travis secured the car for us and worked with the parts department to get us an extra accessory and have it ordered. Through it all, he even offered to drive the vehicle to us (if we were trading another vehicle in), arrange transport or pick us up from the airport, taking the strain of travel from us. We opted to drive and pick up the Volt, but that's not where the customer service ended. The car was detailed, cleaned, tank filled and battery charged. Pretty normal. But she was also parked under an awning to keep her out of the rain. This is a small detail really, but the magic is in the little things. Travis showed us all the cool features of the car, going above and beyond, helping me even pair my phone. To our surprise, the part that we thought would need to be shipped to us arrived! Our paperwork was ready to be signed when we arrived, which was a great help considering our drive. Brett gave us lots of options as far as additional coverage and considering what our actual needs were, we were able to find the perfect fit. In all of my experience with car sales, it's never been so easy! We also met with Monty who was there to help us with a rebate for the car! This is not something that I have seen advertised anywhere. Much less something that I expected a dealership to print out and review with me. Step-by-step directions that he provided would guide us through our part. This was incredible. Who doesn't love extra money?! Monty was also a features guru, walking us thought the MyChevrolet app and all the cool things we can do with it, and with our Chevy points. Then he and Travis helped us with OnStar readiness. We've purchased three brand new vehicles and 3 pre-owned vehicles, but none of those experiences even come CLOSE to the service we have received from Travis and his amazing team at Capitol Chevrolet! They are very knowledgeable about Chevrolet vehicles and work diligently to ensure you are happy with your purchase and the price you pay for it. The Service Department at Capitol Chevrolet is equally as great. On the rare occasion I have had an issue with one of my vehicles when I take it to Capital Chevrolet, I know they will provide prompt, courteous and honest service.
