I was really impressed with the attention he gave us and how the car was presented. While we were waiting, he gave us waters and purchased sodas for us at the vending machine! Amazing, Awesome Experience! I want to say that my experience at Capital Chevrolet was amazing. First of all, Kelton Hughes, my salesman was beyond helpful and amazing. He is so p I want to say that my experience at Capital Chevrolet was amazing. First of all, Kelton Hughes, my salesman was beyond helpful and amazing. He is so personable and knows his stuff. I was there 8 hours and he brought me lunch! I fee like I made a friend for life, who gets that at a car dealership! He deserves a promotion for real :) He even took me to meet my service advisor, Christal Urbana, before I even knew I was buying a car! She was so friendly! Brian Hart was pretty awesome as well. I am very picky, stubborn and a negotiator. He not only put up with my “wheeling and dealing” he did everything to get the deal I wanted! He constantly checked on me and kept me informed. I felt like I was the only customer there with the service and attention I received from everyone! Jim Miranda was the one I talked to on the phone before I arrived and he met me at the door with a smile. He made me feel welcomed and put me in great hands with Kelton. He also checked on me several times and came by to chat and tell me congratulations before I left in my new car. He is so nice and a great assist to your dealership. Monty Woodruff and Ricky Callejas was also part of my awesome buying experience and they both were so helpful. It was a full day, especially because i drove from Round Rick, but an experience I won’t forget! Oh, and I did come in looking at buying a Malibu Premier then went home in a Camaro! How crazy is that! Don’t forget that promotion for Kelton and thank you to everyone! More

New Car Nightmare Bought my first brand new car(Aaron) here and I'm regretting it already. First let me start by saying that my sales person (who later I found out is N Bought my first brand new car(Aaron) here and I'm regretting it already. First let me start by saying that my sales person (who later I found out is Not a New car salesman but works in the used car lot, aka Google), he was all nice for the first meetup, then after that all I received was wise cracks, him belittling me, and insults, his name is Nathaniel Rosalez. Why would any dealership hire someone without customer service skills? If it wasn't for the manager and the price I can honestly say that I would of gone with Toyota. Not to mention the two days leading up to the purchased they promised (Nathaniel and the new car sales manager Ben) that they would put 16” wheels on at no extra charge, only to sit down with them and they say they won’t do it and to “take the car with these wheels because you can’t find a better deal or you can buy the wheels from us”, we purchased anyways. After about I returned the car some minor issue's which is covered by warranty. They had my car for a week, upon picking the car up today there was a 4 inch gash inside the leather door....I was told that service doesn't cover their mistakes and i would have to talk to Nathaniel. Just as I thought it would turn out, Nathaniel has an attitude, was starting to say derogatory words. Basically have had enough, no one should be treated this way, do they want repeat business?! My mom and grandfather, who spent 40 years working at GM are appalled at the way Ive been treated. And can tell you this, social media is huge, don't think for a minute my family and I won't use it unless Capital Chevy fixes the huge deep gash the service department made in my door. And as of now Nathaniel was being a smartass about having the car fix, that the service dept wrecked or Nathaniel could of done this because I dropped it off to him and I tooka photo of this at the dealership, don't trust Nathaniel...totally disgusted. (UPDATE) after taking the post down so that Barry Beard could get the parts 2 weeks ago, I've received no updates and have left messages and texted Barry on his personal number. Toyota or Don Hewlett Chevy would've been a better option, at this point I don't think they'll compensate or even fix my car, by the way, water doesn't even spray my windshield anymore so I can clean it, so either it's broken or they never topped my fluids. -Aaron Celeskey, 2019 Chevy Cruze Hatchback LS More
