I filled out a request online, and Paul V contacted me via phone. We discussed what I wanted and he explained why I had picked the wrong vehicle since it was missing essential equipment. He suggested several alternatives. I picked one, and we went for a test drive the next day. We got there at 9AM and we’re driving out in the new SUV by 11:30AM. Three months later in our Traverse RS, we couldn’t be happier with it. Paul V is always following up with and answering any questions we have on the vehicle. This was the most pleasant vehicle purchase I had in many years. I didn’t have to sit around all day waiting on this or that. Paul V made sure everything went efficiently and smoothly.
