I will never buy a vehicle from here. They have charged my card $500 one month ago and it was supposed to be a pending charge to hold the vehicle while we work things out with the bank. We ended up not get my card $500 one month ago and it was supposed to be a pending charge to hold the vehicle while we work things out with the bank. We ended up not getting the vehicle and they have yet to put the $500 back and every time I’ve called I’m told it’s been handled and they just keep giving me the run around about it. They are crooks and have horrible customer service. They are too big of a place to keep up with all their potential customers. Nothing ever gets handled even though MANAGERS tell you it has been. And now I’m getting interest charges on a card I don’t even use for a charge that was supposed to be a pending charge that they assured me wouldn’t go through. HORRIBLE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH AS IT HAS BEEN A MONTH NOW SINCE IVE TRIED TO RESOLVE THIS. More
