On July 22, 2021 the transmission idle This is the worst experience that I had with a Chevrolet vehicle, I bought a Trailblazer 2021 on July 8, 2021. On July 22, 2021 the transmission idle engine got hot. The Austin Capitol Chevrolet replaced on August 16 with a new transmission . On August 21 the check engine light was on again, I went to All American Chevrolet of Killeen because I live more near (Belton TX) and they repaired the problem. On October 11 the transmisión idle engine got hot again and stop running. This October 14 I left the vehicle for be repair on Austin Capitol Chevrolet. All Chevrolet dealers that I called they don’t have loaner car. The first transmission repair took 22 days. With many calls Mrs. Grace Flores loan me a car, so I had a car to get to my work. This time I don’t have nothing. I bought a NEW CAR on July 08, 2021. I am paying for a car that has been under repair for more than 30 days. And no one from Chevrolet or GM Has solved the problem. Purchasing the car was great - great sales team; but the service department is the WORST! You can't get a hold of anyone - they either hang up or will not return your calls. The first service I had there shortly after purchasing my car, they had replaced my transmission with the incorrect part - this service was six weeks long and they used the wrong part - I had to take it back for them to correct their error - more time without a car. Having a similar issue all over again, and guess what - still can't get a hold of anyone. Tried calling morning, afternoon, evening, and even online via Live Chat - for TWO days - still no response. They hang up or will not reply to voicemail. Anytime I have to take my car in for service at Capitol Chevrolet - mostly for recalls - I feel sick to my stomach for the travesty that is about to occur each and every time. xxxx poor customer service. I can only recommend that if you choose to purchase your car from Capitol Chevrolet, that you find somewhere else for any kind of maintenance service. Literally the worst service I've ever had in my entire life - not just once - each and every time I have to deal with their service department. If I could give ZERO stars, that would be too many! More
