i came for an oil change. when making the appt i asked how long they take and she said 30 minutes. when i arrived, the rep told me it would be max an hour and a half. once an hour and a half passed, i a how long they take and she said 30 minutes. when i arrived, the rep told me it would be max an hour and a half. once an hour and a half passed, i asked how much longer and he said it was about to go in and will be about 30 to 45 minutes. the guy was nice, but a liar. when i dropped off my car i explained that every time i have been here for this free oil change, it has always taken longer than quoted. obviously, he didnt care really because 2 hours later i am still waiting. the question is - is the free oil change worth it? they dont value my time or me as a customer - that is clear by each time i have come it is a disaster and takes way longer than quoted. they were friendly, just liars which is worse. because they are smiling at you while lying.
