Purchasing the car was great - great sales team; but the service department is the WORST! You can't get a hold of anyone - they either hang up or will not return your calls. The first service I had th service department is the WORST! You can't get a hold of anyone - they either hang up or will not return your calls. The first service I had there shortly after purchasing my car, they had replaced my transmission with the incorrect part - this service was six weeks long and they used the wrong part - I had to take it back for them to correct their error - more time without a car. Having a similar issue all over again, and guess what - still can't get a hold of anyone. Tried calling morning, afternoon, evening, and even online via Live Chat - for TWO days - still no response. They hang up or will not reply to voicemail. Anytime I have to take my car in for service at Capitol Chevrolet - mostly for recalls - I feel sick to my stomach for the travesty that is about to occur each and every time. xxxx poor customer service. I can only recommend that if you choose to purchase your car from Capitol Chevrolet, that you find somewhere else for any kind of maintenance service. Literally the worst service I've ever had in my entire life - not just once - each and every time I have to deal with their service department. If I could give ZERO stars, that would be too many!
