I have never had any problems with Capitol Chevolet when I have brought my car in for work or a oil change I would never go anywhere else. Capital Chevrolet has poor service center. I have been in the customer service industry most of my life and I have instructed on how to provide A class customer service. This center acts like I have been in the customer service industry most of my life and I have instructed on how to provide A class customer service. This center acts like they care until you introduce a question or concern that they were not expecting then what you hear is temperament and total avoidance if possible. Not the first hint of , let me check or let me see what we can do about that. What you readily hear is we can’t or don’t. I purchased my new Silverado in 2020 along with the best maintenance coverage. I have had bad experiences every time I have had to bring it in. If not for one employee ms Rebecca abeyta I would have black balled the service center. She has went to bat for me each time to make sure I was handled with respect and made sure I received the best customer service that the service center knew how to bestow. This last visit was not as bad however I’ll list what I feel was completely wrong of Capital Chevrolet service department todo to me. 1) when I was told that they had completed everything on my list except my inspection and sticker I nearly mentioned that ms Abeyta had told me that she was assured that the service department would complete everything so I didn’t have to miss anymore work bringing my truck back in. The service handler got cocky and began telling me who had what jobs and what authorities to say that. I didn’t need that attitude or instructions 2, I don’t EAT in my truck however when I picked it up it stunk of Hamburgars all the way. You could smell the onion and lettuce. Two days later and the smell is still there. I’m going to have to pay to get my interior cleaned to hopefully get rid of that smell. SOMEONE USED MY TRUCK TO GO PICK UP LUNCH OR THEY ATE THEIR LUNCH IN MY TRUCK. That sir is unexceptionable and if he/she worked for me he / she would be fired. In fact Capital Chevrolet should have to clean the inside of my truck and give me a loaner while they are cleaning it. More
