Not sure what voo-doo magic this dealership performed to earn a 4.8 rating. My recent experience with Capitol was far from 4.8. I would give it a 1.0. They advertise vehicles as if the vehicle is actually o earn a 4.8 rating. My recent experience with Capitol was far from 4.8. I would give it a 1.0. They advertise vehicles as if the vehicle is actually on their lot to sell. Once you call, the vehicle was just sold but they have an identical one "in transit". Then you're advised to put down $1,000 to "hold" the vehicle. Once they have your deposit, the story shifts from "in transit" to it hasn't left the factory yet and we don't know when it will be here. When you decide you're no longer interested in the vehicle, good luck getting your deposit back, despite never signing any paperwork and several phones calls. It appears this dealership is in the business of collecting deposits to "hold" vehicles that they don't have to sell. Total scam artists. Buyers BEWARE. Oh yeah, they also signed me up for Sirius on a vehicle I don't have and never will have. More of my time wasted straightening out this mess. More
