After visiting 2 previous dealerships we were happy to find one willing to work with us on a deal. Our sales person, Ashton was awesome. He quickly understood what we wanted and found just the truck for u find one willing to work with us on a deal. Our sales person, Ashton was awesome. Unfortunately, we had some issues in finance when we were offered a warranty product, accepted the offer, and then were told the re had been a mistake in the calculations. We ended up speaking with Director Chavez who adjusted the numbers until the math worked out the way we had agreed. I'm grateful that the errors was corrected and we got the deal as offered to us, just wish it hadn't taken so long. The math error added about an extra hour to the visit and put us way behind in getting home. The whole process shouldn't have taken so many hours since we did our homework and knew exactly what we wanted and the prices we wanted to pay. Glad it worked out. Ashton though, did great work. The wheel locks that were listed on the window sticker and that we paid for-- were not on the truck and we received no key. Now we have to drive clear across town for these when they were listed as equipment on the vehicle, but were not. Lastly, the music playing in the dealership is entirely too loud and very distracting. It's hard to think about making a major purchase with the music going and sounding like a circus. Have you all ever heard of people who have autism or who are on the autism spectrum? You should look into what "oversensory stimulation" means. People with ASD can get overwhelmed with too much fluorescent light and too much loud noise. This can cause sensory overload abd is very distressing to someone with autism. There is no way anyone with Autism could spend the hours we spent in that dealership with the music so loud and constant. Likely, it would be impossible for anyone with ADS to work there. The purpose is to buy and sell cars. Making deals requires people are able to think and process what's going on. The loud music makes this very difficult for someone who is not autistic, but nearly impossible for someone who is. Thank you for your consideration. More
