The only complaint I have is that my corvette went into the shop with y'all, only needing a new tire and rim. But when I went to pick it up the first time, the reverse camera was not working. When I sent the car over to y'all the camera was working. Because if it hadn't been, I would've obviously told you that it needed to be fixed. I just find it VERY hard to believe that it was a coincidence that the backup camera went out while in your care. I then had to pay you to fix the camera. Which as I said, was not broke when I sent my car to you. So no, I am not happy about this. Nor am I happy that you sent me an erroneous quote to do the required 7500 mile transmission service, in which you already did a few months ago, and I paid for. When I questioned it, I was told that it was a diagnostic error. And what actually needed to be done was the 22,500 mile transmission fluid drain. While Mustafo, was great at communicating with me and did go above and beyond, to help me. I am still skeptical about your technicians. Sean Gunn, owner of Gunn auto group in San Antonio, is a close family friend. I will be taking my car to his Chevrolet dealership from now on. Even though it is very inconvenient, now that I live in Austin. But I trust them. More
